LYNDA HUBBARD REIS, President of Trendsetters
Born and raised in the Midwest, both Minnesota and Wisconsin, the love of the outdoors encouraged her to travel throughout the U.S, Canada, and from England, through Europe, Greece, India and up into the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. This gave her the chance to study all different cultures as well as businesses. She trained in a top 10 Art College, with a scholarship to England (and still paints and sells her paintings today). Her marketing training began at a film studio in the Marketing Department for several years, and then 6 months in a PR/Advertising agency. She was V.P. at Los Angeles based “On Target” research for 4 years until she went on to run her own marketing company, Trendsetters, since 1991.
Helping literally hundreds of company owners, from large corporations to start ups, in their marketing and publicity, she decided to put all her experience down in a basic book on marketing “Know Before You Go: marketing basics for any business” including internet marketing principles. It is available at her seminars and online at her website. Giving radio talk show interviews to the college stations, and joint ventures with consulting firms keeps her busy. She now lives in Southern California with her family.
